The Offer
In the current social and economic climate, and with forthcoming changes across the property industry, concerns surrounding rental payments are understandably increasing. Industry commentary indicates that a growing number of landlords are experiencing rent arrears, which can place additional pressure on mortgage commitments, property maintenance, and other associated costs. At the same time, many tenants may face financial difficulty should their personal circumstances change unexpectedly.
At Sovereign Estates, we recognise these challenges. While we take reasonable and proportionate steps to secure suitable tenants and carry out thorough referencing in line with current legislation and best practice, we also acknowledge that no referencing process can fully protect against unforeseen changes in circumstances.
To help provide landlords with additional reassurance, between 1st January 2026 and 30th April 2026, Sovereign Estates is offering 12 months’ Rent Guarantee Insurance at no additional cost to landlords who transfer their rental property to Sovereign Estates and instruct us under our Fully Managed service.
The Rent Guarantee Insurance policy is provided by Lettings in a Box and is subject to their policy terms, eligibility criteria, exclusions, and conditions, as well as Sovereign Estates’ own terms of business. Acceptance onto the policy is not guaranteed and will depend on the outcome of referencing and compliance with policy requirements.

The Terms & Conditions
The Rent Guarantee Insurance offer is subject to the policy provider’s full terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. Acceptance of the policy is not guaranteed and will be assessed in line with the insurer’s criteria.
To qualify for this offer, landlords must instruct Sovereign Estates on a Fully Managed service and enter into a minimum twelve (12) month management agreement at a management fee of 10% plus VAT.
Should the landlord terminate the management agreement within the initial twelve-month period, the full cost of the Rent Guarantee Insurance policy will become payable by the landlord.
The Rent Guarantee Insurance policy is provided free of charge for the first twelve months only. Any continuation of the policy beyond this initial period will be at the landlord’s own cost and subject to the insurer’s prevailing terms and pricing.
This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
