Multi Agency

Sovereign Estates will be granted multi-agency status to market and sell your home. Our team will take high-quality marketing photographs and prepare a professional description that complies with current legislation, while working with you to ensure you are happy with how your property is presented.

We will arrange and conduct viewings by prior appointment, providing you with constructive feedback. All offers received, together with the financial position of prospective purchasers, will be presented to you so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.

From the acceptance of an offer through to legal completion, the sales process will be managed in-house by our experienced team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Listing Only

Not every seller wants a traditional estate agency service.

Our Listing Only option is designed for sellers who are confident handling their own viewings, negotiations and day-to-day enquiries, but still want the professional exposure and credibility of having their property marketed by Sovereign Estates.

For an upfront fee of £500 + VAT, we will:

• List your property through Sovereign Estates for an initial six-month period
• Prepare and publish your property marketing
• Market the property through our available channels and online presence
• Handle initial enquiries and pass genuine buyer leads directly to you
• Provide you with relevant buyer contact information so you can arrange viewings directly
• Pass any offers or expressions of interest received through Sovereign Estates to you
• Keep you informed of relevant activity and feedback where appropriate

You remain in control

With our Listing Only service, you remain responsible for conducting viewings, negotiating directly with prospective purchasers and agreeing the sale of your property.

This option is therefore particularly suited to sellers who are comfortable taking a hands-on approach and want to reduce their overall selling costs while still benefiting from professional property marketing.

Once you have agreed a sale, you will deal directly with your chosen solicitor or conveyancer to progress the transaction through to completion.

What happens after six months?

The initial Listing Only period is six months. At the end of this period, we will review the listing with you and discuss the property’s position, marketing activity and your plans.

If you wish to continue with the Listing Only service, we can agree a further marketing period at:

£250 + VAT for a further three months

This gives us both an opportunity to regularly review the property rather than allowing a listing to continue indefinitely without reassessment.

If you would prefer a longer period, we can discuss this with you at the six-month review.

Want us to take over?

If, at any stage, you decide that you would prefer a more hands-on service, you can upgrade to our Sole Agency or Multi-Agency service.

If the property subsequently sells and completes under one of our full-service sales packages, any Listing Only fee paid within the previous six months will be deducted from our final sales commission, subject to the terms of the new instruction.
