Sole Agency
Sovereign Estates will be granted sole agency status to market and sell your home. Our team will take high-quality marketing photographs and prepare a professional description that meets current legislation, while working closely with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with how your property is presented.
We will arrange and conduct viewings by prior appointment, providing you with constructive feedback. All offers received, together with the financial position of prospective purchasers, will be presented to you so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
From the moment an offer is accepted through to legal completion, the entire sales process will be managed in-house by our experienced team, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction.
Multi Agency
Sovereign Estates will be granted multi-agency status to market and sell your home. Our team will take high-quality marketing photographs and prepare a professional description that complies with current legislation, while working with you to ensure you are happy with how your property is presented.
We will arrange and conduct viewings by prior appointment, providing you with constructive feedback. All offers received, together with the financial position of prospective purchasers, will be presented to you so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
From the acceptance of an offer through to legal completion, the sales process will be managed in-house by our experienced team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
Self-Service Agency
At Sovereign Estates, we understand that some Clients wish to take a more hands-on approach to selling their home. Our Self-Service option is designed to give you professional support at a reduced cost, while still ensuring compliance, security, and peace of mind throughout the transaction.
You will arrange and conduct your own viewings. All offers received, together with the financial position of prospective purchasers, will be presented to you so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
From the acceptance of an offer through to legal completion, the sales process will be managed in-house by our experienced team to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
If you decide that you would prefer us to handle everything, you can upgrade at any point to either our Sole Agency or Multi-Agency Service. Any upfront Self-Service fee you have paid will be deducted from your final commission should the property sell and complete under one of our full-service packages.
Our Sales fee structure
Sole Agency
1% of the completed sales price plus vat
Multi Agency
1.5% of the completed sales price plus vat
Self-Service Agency
£1,500.00 plus vat paid in advance*
*If you choose to upgrade from the Self-Service package to either our Sole Agency or Multi-Agency service, any upfront fee already paid will be deducted from the final commission — provided the property sells and the transaction completes.
